We are a young, growing family in the wilds of Alaska (which isn't so very wild after all!). Our desire is to follow God's Word in all that we do, and to bring glory to Him! Tait and Lauren are (so far, and by God's blessing!) the parents of three bouncy little boys - Little Tait (2 1/2 years, formerly a 27-week preemie), Miles (21 months), and Matthew (born May 2011)!
...was captured from a Kenai beach on a July 2011 dip netting trip. The glow of an Alaskan sunset lights up Mt. Redoubt, one of the highest peak in the Aleutian Range, standing over 10,000 feet high. It is an active volcano, and last erupted in 2009.
Our Favorite Blogs and Sites
Our family has enjoyed the following sites, though we may not necessarily agree with every aspect of each of them. Please use discretion while reading, and - as we should do with everything we read and hear - evaluate each word in light of God's Word!
"Most people have forgotten nowadays what a home can mean - it is a kingdom of its own in the midst of the world; a stronghold amid life's storms and stresses, a refuge, even a sanctuary. It is not founded on the shifting sands of outward or public life, but it has its resting place in God."
